IQF  (Individual Quick Frozen) technology keeps organoleptic characteristics of fruits and vegetables:

Individual

Perfect separation (no blocks or lumps) of extremely sticky products like banana slices and tropical fruits with high sugar content.

Color

natural color of the frozen product.

Shape

The true fluidised beds maintain the natural shape of the product. OctoFrost™ frozen products have higher volume to fill bags.

Yield

Extremely quick freezing of the surface on first bed reduces de-hydration to a minimum. Low or zero lumps keep yield to a maximum.
